You are not alone in your struggle as 1/10 people share lower back pain, Americans spend at least $50 billion each year on this struggle- according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and stroke.

While it is common, that does not mean that lower back problems are not serious and a new study has discovered that it is the number one cause of job disability around the world. The research was published in the Annals of Rheumatic Diseases and it was founded using data from 117 other studies in 47 countries around the world.

The study uses this information to argue for more attention for this issue from respective governments and health services. The pain and severity can led people to loss income and their jobs.
