What look like tidal waves are actually clouds contoured over beachfront high-rises in Panama City, Florida, in a photo captured at about 12:40 p.m. on Sunday and provided to IBTimes by J.R. Holt of Panhandle Helicopter. As The Weather Channel's Dr. Greg Forbes explains in the video below, low-lying moisture forming above the ocean was being blown from south to north overtop the buildings (right to left in the above image), after which it fell back to the ground and dissipated.
