John Cena and fiancée Nikki Bella were spotted at the MTV Movie & TV Awards Sunday night and as they walked the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The professional wrestlers who got engaged in April were dressed up for the occasion and enlivened the red carpet with their heartfelt PDA.

Cena was dressed in a blue crosshatch patterned blazer and a red striped tie over a light blue button-down and some beige khakis while his fiancée Bella donned a black, body-hugging, off-shoulder dress.

Bella also gave their fans an inside look at her date night with her husband-to-be, sharing a few cute candid pictures of them together on her Instagram account.

The wrestler couple even got a chance to chat with Hugh Jackman, who bagged the trophy for “Best Duo” alongside his 11-year-old co-star, Dafne Keen.

This was Cena and Bella’s first red carpet appearance from the time he proposed to her at Wrestlemania 33 on April 2. Cena and Bella dated for five years. Bella was seen flaunting the stunning $800,000 engagement ring adding to the couple's striking post-engagement glow.

Cena recently opened up about their wedding plans to Entertainment Online, during the premiere of his upcoming war drama, "The Wall," where Bella accompanied him.

"I just wanna make sure that it's a good day," Cena shared. "We've made our lives very public and I think the world knows that it's been a lot to just get to that proposal moment. I want [Nikki] to be as happy as she was at that moment."

In a video clip shared by WWE on Twitter, Cena, 39, got down on one knee to propose to Bella, 33, in front of thousands of fans at WrestleMania. He asked her to marry him after the duo defeated their epic foes, the Miz and Maryse, in the mixed tag team match during WrestleMania 33 on April 2.

“I have been waiting so long to ask you this. Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, will you marry me?” the “Marine” star asked his girlfriend after dropping to one knee and showing her the ring he prepared. After his proposal, Bella was speechless for a few moments before she nodded and kissed Cena in lieu of a verbal response to his question.

Cena and Bella had been dating since 2012. Cena has been quite vocal about not wanting to get married and have kids. But, in the buildup to their WrestleMania match, when Maryse ridiculed Bella over Cena not proposing to her, he may have changed his mind. Maryse was later heard saying she was jealous of the ring, according to Fox Sports.

In March, the couple shared the ring for the first time. Throughout his WWE career, Cena had never shared the ring with Bella aside from a dark match. It was one of their most memorable moments in their five year-long relationship.
