Michelle Williams is ready to put all the “All the Money in the World” controversies with, first, Kevin Spacey and, then, Mark Wahlberg aside and focus on some happier news in her life, like being engaged to businessman Andrew Youmans, according to Us Weekly.

The actress first sparked engagement rumors when she showed up to the Golden Globes on Jan. 7 with a heart-shaped diamond ring on her ring finger, but she dismissed the speculations and told reporters that it was only “beautiful jewelry.” Now, an insider is revealing to the magazine that the couple, who have been quietly dating for months, are actually engaged.

Though the duo have yet to make a public appearance together, Youmans was spotted with Williams in Rome when she was filming “All the Money in the World” in July. As an Investor and Operations Management-Consultant for the Handel Group, Youmans doesn’t have an ordinary job, which likely supports his ability to be able to travel to see Williams.

Before becoming a consultant for this firm, which is a corporate consulting and life coaching company, he graduated from Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s degree in 1987 and then earned his MBA from Harvard in 1992. Aside from currently being a consultant at Handel, Youmans also invests in other companies and works to support their goals. He’s also taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, recently, to share with students what he’s learned throughout his years in the corporate world.

He’s now balancing his investment portfolio with his fairly new relationship with Williams, which the two have yet to comment on publicly, though an “insider” told Us Weekly that “She wants a good guy and a stable family life,” which is something this engagement will give her. Not just give her though, it would also give her 12-year-old daughter Matilda, who she had with the late Heath Ledger, a solid family life as well.

Youmans has been spending time with his soon-to-be step-daughter and the two, along with Williams, spent New Year’s Day in the Bahamas on a family vacation. The next decision the family will have to make is whether Matilda will be the flower girl at their wedding or if she’s too old and will be Williams’ Maid of Honor. Perhaps, she’ll be both.
