Justin Bieber has been flirting with a mysterious girl on Instagram amid rumors that his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez is dating One Direction’s Niall Horan. According to several fans, the "Sorry" singer may be aiming at making Gomez jealous.

The 21-year-old singer drew attention at Cindy Kimberly after posting a photo of her to his Instagram account with the caption, “Omg who is this!!” alongside a selfie of the girl. Bieber urged his 47 million Instagram followers Monday to help identify the woman.

A source told Hollywood Life that Bieber was “hurt” over the dating rumors of his “friend” Horan and Gomez. Horan and Gomez had a PDA-filled Friday night last week at actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s 35th birthday party in Los Angeles. The two were reportedly seen “dancing close together all night, kissing on the lips and hugging a lot.”

Despite Gomez and Horan's dating rumors, Bieber posted a throwback photo of himself with "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer. This is the second time within a week that Bieber shared a throwback photo of his former girlfriend. While he initially did not caption the first image he posted, he later added one after “Jelena Is Back” began trending on Twitter.
