Bella Heathcote isn't worried about drooling over Jamie Dornan. The “Fifty Shades Darker” starlet revealed that the actor isn’t quite as debonair as his character in he hit erotica films, Christian Grey. The actress said she doesn't have any trouble keeping herself together around Dornan.

“It's so funny because Jamie, himself, is so not that,” she laughed to People. “He's a super laid-back Irishman with a great sense of humor, so it's weird to even imagine him as the smoldering thing, but I get it because he's super handsome.”

Dornan seems to agree that he isn’t much like Christian Grey. In a 2015 interview with the Guardian, the 33-year-old actor said he wasn’t anything like the characters he plays. “I consider myself quite light-hearted, pretty easy-going, and I keep playing sick psychopath bastards!” he said.

While Heathcote, 28, wasn’t concerned about being flustered around Dornan, feeling like an outsider definitely troubled the “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies” actress. “I was worried because it's coming into something that's already established like feeling like the new kid at school,” she explained. “But everyone was really lovely and really welcoming and hilarious.”

It’s a good thing the cast is welcoming because some fans might not be as friendly due to her character's role in “Fifty Shades Darker.” Heathcote plays Leila, Christian’s ex-girlfriend. Her arrival will complicate Christian and Anastasia’s (Dakota Johnson) relationship. In pictures posted by E! Online, it’s easy to see why Ana will be a bit freaked out when she meets Christian’s ex. Not only are Leila’s wrists covered in bandages, but the two women look disturbingly similar.

“Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed” are currently filming back-to-back in Vancouver. “Darker” will hit theaters Feb. 10, 2017, while “Freed” is scheduled to debut on Feb. 9, 2018.
