“Big Bang Theory” Season 11 will go on a week-long hiatus, which means that episode 9 will not air on Thursday, Nov. 22, but on Nov. 30.

There is no confirmed reason for the hiatus, but this isn’t new for networks who are trying to keep their schedules in sync. Earlier this season, “Big Bang Theory” prequel, “Young Sheldon,” went on a long break after it premiered on Sept. 25 alongside the Jim Parsons-starrer.

Since “Young Sheldon is a new series, it received a backdoor pilot alongside “Big Bang Theory.” Episode 2 for the series only aired on Nov. 2, but “Big Bang Theory” Season 11 continued releasing new episodes every week. However, there was also a change on week six when “Big Bang Theory” moved from its Monday schedule to its regular Thursday timeslot.

Meanwhile, “Big Bang Theory” Season 11, episode 9, titled “The Bitcoin Entanglement,” will Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and his peers flashing back to 2010. At that time, Leonard kept a Bitcoin that now has a huge value. But seven years ago, the gang left Sheldon (Parsons) out of the investment so he will be teaching them a lesson in present time.

By the looks of it, Sheldon knows where Leonard kept the Bitcoin, but he will not immediately inform him of its location.

Elsewhere in the episode, a video from 2010 will also resurface, and it will reveal some truths about Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard’s relationship. As of late, teasers and sneak peeks for next week’s episode haven’t been released.

In other news, last week’s episode of “Big Bang Theory” Season 11, titled “The Tesla Recoil,” saw Leonard and Howard (Simon Helberg) getting upset at Sheldon for working with the military secretly. But just like in all other episodes of the sitcom, the friends managed to patch things up towards the end of the installment.

“Big Bang Theory” Season 11 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS right before “Young Sheldon” Season 1.
