Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are separated, but they can still be pleasant with each other. They recently went on vacation together, and they’re seen very often with their kids, despite announcing their breakup almost a year ago. However, getting along might not be enough to get the couple back together.

While Affleck wants to reconcile, People reports, Garner isn’t willing to do that yet. “Jen is not ready to take Ben back,” a source told the website. “Ben has never been good alone and isn’t now either. But he is constantly working on himself. He has made big changes.”

Expect Affleck, 43, and Garner, 44, to follow through with their divorce. “Nothing has changed [in their relationship],” a different source added. “They’re still all about putting the kids first.”

The parents of Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4, are currently living in London while Affleck films “Justice League.” They’ve taken advantage of their location by going on a quick trip to Paris last weekend. Though the city can be romantic, the two were focused solely on their kids.

“They were acting like a normal family, but I don’t think there was any romance between Ben and Jennifer,” a source told Us Weekly. “They were just acting like great parents. The kids were really happy!”

In a recent segment on CBS' “This Morning,” Affleck emphasized that their children were the priority. “We’re doing our very best, and we’re putting our kids first,” Affleck said in March. “That’s how we’re focusing on our day-to-day lives, and we don’t know what the future’s going to hold. Each step that we take is one where we prioritize our children, and everything else comes second.”

Affleck and Garner announced their split in June 2015 after nearly a decade of marriage. The two have not finalized their divorce yet.
