Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been dating for months and there has been speculation whether, and when, the two will take their relationship to the next level. An E! Online report Thursday now says the couple is ready to settle down.

Markle and Harry reportedly began dating last August and Kensington Palace confirmed their relationship Nov. 8. The “Suits” star currently juggles her love and work life between London and Toronto. When in London, she reportedly stays with her boyfriend at his Nottingham Cottage in the Kensington Palace grounds.

"It comes down to timing," an unnamed source told the entertainment website. "Harry is ready to settle down and Meghan feels the same way. They are both in this for the long haul, they've known pretty much from the start. Everything has just fallen into place."

Dating a prince has not changed 35-year-old Markle, her friend Lindsay Roth said. In an interview with People magazine, Roth said Markle is “selfless.”

“I don’t know many people who are as generous and supportive as Meg is,” Roth, who is Markle's best friend, told People. “I think people assume that when someone gains notoriety that they change. But she’s still the same girl I met years ago, with the same values and priorities. She’s selfless, and that’s just a part of who she is and who she was raised to be.”

Earlier this month, a source told E! Online that Markle is "ready to be done with 'Suits'" and with "acting in general."

"Even before Harry, she was starting to think about transitioning out of acting. She wants to focus on other worldly endeavors she is passionate about, like her philanthropy," the source told E! Online at the time.

Markle is known for her charity work with the United Nations Women organization and World Vision. Last year, she visited Rwanda for a field mission and India this January to work with a women’s program.
