The Women's World Cup Final will feature the US against Japan. The final match will be held in Germany on Sunday July 17 at 2:00 p.m ET.

The US advanced by beating out Brazil in a thrilling match and France in a convincing performance. Japan advanced by going past Germany and Sweden.

The U.S. women's team has not won the World Cup since 1999 when it beat China on its home turf. For the Japanese team, it's their first trip to the World Cup Finals.
