Other than the “Big Four” WWE Pay-Per-Views, Money in the Bank is likely the most anticipated event in the yearly wrestling calendar. On Sunday night, the 2013 version is set to take place.

The Ladder Match for the WWE championship may be the most start-studded since the event was invented in 2005. Kane, Sheamus, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Christian and a returning Rob Van Dam will compete for the briefcase. Only Bryan and Christian have never held the title.

While the WWE Championship ladder match will feature all babyfaces, the match for the World Heavyweight briefcase includes all heels. Fandango, Damien Sandow, Cody Rhodes, Jack Swagger, Antonio Cesaro, Wade Barrett and Dean Ambrose will compete in the match. Only Swagger has held the title before.

Below are all the matches for Money in the Bank, as well as predictions for Sunday. The PPV will be held in Philadelphia.

WWE Champion John Cena vs. Mark Henry

Cena seems to be destined to hold onto the belt until, at least, SummerSlam. Henry has an outside chance of winning the title, with the match being highly-anticipated after his fake retirement speech. WWE creative could choose to extend the feud to the next PPV, though it’s likely that the “World’s Strongest Man” will fail, once again, to win the WWE title.

Prediction: John Cena

World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Dolph Ziggler

It’s hard to see Ziggler losing his rematch to Del Rio after becoming a babyface at Payback. Look for him to break ties with AJ and Big E Langston soon as he becomes one of the top wrestlers in the WWE.

Prediction: Dolph Ziggler

Money in the Bank All-Stars

If the most recent rumors are true, Cena will defend his WWE title at SummerSlam against Daniel Bryan. With a match between CM Punk and Brock Lesnar on the horizon, and Kane beginning a feud with the Wyatt Family, Bryan is the best option. RVD is also a longshot to challenge for a title since it appears he’ll only wrestle part-time.

Prediction: Daniel Bryan

World Heavyweight Championship Contract Money in the Bank Ladder Match

There is no clear favorite to win the World Heavyweight contract. Fandango and Damien Sandow have the biggest buzz surrounding them of all the contestants, so they might have the best chance to win the match. No matter who emerges victorious, look for Sandow and Rhodes to split up, possibly with Rhodes becoming a babyface in the process.

Prediction: Damien Sandow

Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel vs. The Miz

Axel was pinned for the first time since his debut on the most recent edition of “Monday Night Raw,” but that may be his last loss in a while. Look for Axel to retain the title with an assist from Paul Heyman.

Prediction: Curtis Axel

Divas Champion AJ Lee vs. Kaitlyn

This feud has been the best one that the Divas Division has seen in quite some time. The WWE would be smart to give Kaitlyn the win, setting up the rubber match for SummerSlam.

Prediction: Kaitlyn

Ryback vs. Chris Jericho

Ryback needs a win in the worst way and Jericho has made a career of putting young superstars over.

Prediction: Ryback

WWE Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns vs. The Usos (Kickoff Match)

The Usos seem to be in this match just to give the members of The Shield a babyface opponent. For one of the rare times, the heels will likely win the pre-show match.

Prediction: Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns
