Brandon Rodman

Brandon Rodman is the CEO and co-founder of Weave, a customer communication platform focused on strengthening patient-doctor relationships through highly effective CRM tools. It used to be called Recall Solutions, which Rodman started from his attic in Utah, and it has now expanded to over 7,000 offices.

He’s an excellent leader who unites teams, focuses on employees’ welfare and gives back to the community. He was recognized as 2019 CEO of the Year by Utah Business because of his exemplary leadership at Weave. The company was also included in Forbes’ Next Billion-Dollar Startups 2020.

Growing a company involves challenges and requires a risk-taking attitude to serve people better – and Rodman is just that, as he’s always positive and doesn’t give up. In his early days, he liquidated his 401(k) and some assets to start the company. He possesses a high level of commitment to his vision and his people and believes deeply in psychological safety, which means maintaining a culture in which people feel safe being themselves.

He studied at Brigham Young University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Major in Marketing and Advertising. He is married to Lindsay Rodman, with whom he has four children
