Two Texas women are planning to sue the Texas Department of Public Safety after a cop conducted an illegal roadside body cavity search using the same pair of gloves, all of which was caught on video.

According to DallasNews.com, Angel Dobbs, 38, and her niece, Ashley Dobbs, 24 will sue the DPS for the illegal and embarrassing body cavity search which occurred on the side of State Highway 161 in Irving, Texas in July.

The female trooper, Kelley Helleson, conducted the body cavity searches on the women after they were pulled over back in July, the Dobbs' said. Helleson is seen in the video, which you can view below, searching the women's anuses and vaginas in plain sight on the road. However, Helleson is caught using the same pair of latex gloves, without having changed between searches.

The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office will investigate the case and will be heard before a grand jury in January.

The Dobbs women said they were pulled over by a state trooper named David Farrell who questioned them about marijuana. He said the women were "acting weird" and were seen throwing cigarette butts out the window.

According to the suit, Farrell searched their car and found nothing. Then, he tried to "morph this situation into a DWI investigation," which driver Angel Dobbs passed, and ordered the body cavity search. The women were eventually just charged with littering.

Dobbs also said when Helleson searched her anal cavity, she irritated a cyst and caused her “severe and continuing pain and discomfort.”

“Angel Dobbs was overwhelmed with emotion and a feeling of helplessness and reacted stating that Helleson had just violated her in a most horrific manner,” the lawsuit said.

The Dobb's attorney Scott H. Palmer called the incident “sexual assault” which was caught on video from the side of the road.

“No one’s ever seen the likes of this,” he said. “We can’t let them get away with it.”
