Two teams reeling from offensive onslaughts in Week 1 look for redemption as the Buffalo Bills face the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday afternoon at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The game begins at 1pm eastern time and will be shown by CBS, or watch a live stream online by purchasing NFL Sunday Ticket Max.

Buffalo, and the rest of the league, were shocked by the efficiency of the New York Jets offense as they lost 48-28 last week.

Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick negated his three touchdown passes with three picks in the first half, and finished with 195 yards passing and a 66.5 passer rating. Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie ran back one of Fitzpatrick's interceptions 40 yards for a touchdowns.

Running back CJ Spiller will start Sunday ahead of injured veteran Fred Jackson, who could be out upwards of three weeks. Spiller rushed for 169 yards on 14 carries, including a 56 yard scamper for a touchdown.

The Bills' defense was supposed to be completely overhauled and ready for most any team in the league, but allowed the Jets to convert 10 of their 14 third downs, and failed to sack New York quarterback Mark Sanchez.

Ultimately it was Fitzpatrick's three interceptions and a lost fumble by Spiller that gave New York all the opportunities they needed.

Kansas City felt the wrath of the Atlanta Falcons new offense and were trampled 40-24 at home, after Atlanta outscored them 20-7 in the second half.

Running back Jamaal Charles had 16 carries and 87 yards in his return from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered last season.

Third year wide receiver Dexter McCluster led the team with six receptions for 82 yards, while quarterback Matt Cassel went 21-for-33 for 258 yards and a touchdown.

The Chiefs were without major components of their secondary with cornerback Brandon Flowers and safety Kendrick Lewis sidelined with injuries. Flowers is listed as questionable against Buffalo, while Lewis is out again.

Betting Odds: Buffalo is favored by 3 points

Prediction: Buffalo was caught off-guard by the Jets offensive prowess, but their defense should play better Sunday. If they can contain the Chiefs rushing game, the Bills will have their first win of the season.

Predicted Score: Buffalo 24, Kansas City 17
