-With only a few days left until the election, the Romney campaign is hitting some swing states ahead of a final multistate push that begins on Friday. The "real recovery tour," as Boston is calling it, will kick off on Friday night and will supposedly feature 100 elected officials and allies fanning out to campaign.

-For Thursday, though, Romney will be continuing his campaign's diligent courtship of Virginia voters. He will begin with a rally at 10:00 a.m. in Roanoke, followed by one at 2:15 p.m. in Doswell and 7:05 p.m. in Virginia Beach.

-Paul Ryan will be out West. He has appearances scheduled for 11:45 a.m. MT in Greeley, Colo., and for 3:30 p.m. PT in Reno, Nev.

-To watch: The latest jobs report will still be released on Friday, potentially giving the Romney campaign a last bit of ammunition if the unemployment numbers are weak.

-A federal court ruling dictated that Ohio voters cannot vote anywhere in the counties in which they are registered. The decision is a victory for Secretary of State John Husted and is the latest round in a tug-of-war over voting rights in Ohio. Earlier this month, the Supreme Court vindicated the Obama administration by ruling the state needed to fully restore early voting.
