Several NFL teams are trying to find their next head coach, and while some have either made the decision or appear to be close to it, the Miami Dolphins are still working on it. Las Vegas oddsmakers have put together betting odds for Miami’s head coaching search, and the name at the top of the list is not even unemployed at the moment.

Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh leads the pack with +250 odds to be the next Dolphins coach, according to BetDSI. There has been speculation about his future in Baltimore and the Ravens’ playoff loss over the weekend only added fuel to the fire. However, the Ravens announced a contract extension for Harbaugh in December and recent reports indicate that will get done soon.

The Dolphins have been linked to Harbaugh for some time.

Behind Harbaugh are more conventional candidates like Dallas Cowboys secondary coach Kris Richard and Dolphins special teams coach Darren Rizzi. Richard has +300 odds and Rizzi has +350 odds. Rizzi is popular in the Dolphins’ locker room and has been with the organization for eight years.

The last noteworthy name on the list of Michigan Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh. There is no indication he will leave Michigan any time soon, but Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is a Michigan alum and has been at least interested in Harbaugh for years.

Betting odds for the next Miami Dolphins head coach:

John Harbaugh +250

Kris Richard +300

Darren Rizzi +350

Jim Harbaugh +400

Dennis Allen +700

Eric Bieniemy +1000

Brian Flores +1000
