When it comes to launching one's brand and elevating products into the spotlight, there's no denying that influencers play a pivotal role. Jadore Fancy, a luxury fashion brand, has connected with social media maven Ariana Fletcher to be the face of its latest collection.

The collection itself is nothing short of stunning; Ari Fletcher models both a sequined 'Jadore Certified Black Dress' and the sleek, sexy 'Spoiled Jumpsuit'. Considering that Jadore Fancy has become the go-to brand for Miami's most lavish fashionistas, it's no wonder that the company is dropping jaws with its latest collection.

Francesca Perez, the brand's founder with an incredible struggle-to-stardom origin story, says that she attributes much of her success to the beautiful models she hand-picks and works with on a regular basis. They helped to launch her brand into the limelight when things were just beginning to pick up.

"I worked with a lot of big influencers who I would say really helped [my stores]. I was doing good before, but I realized that investment in influencers really, really helped."

By picking models who were confident in themselves, and who lived the lifestyle her customers wanted to be living, Francesca Perez was able to hit the sweet spot with influencer marketing.

"My models have an aspirational quality to them. They look like the sort of people the customers want to be."

With an emphasis on dressing to impress yourself, looking your best for any occasion, and being unapologetically fabulous, Jadore Fancy has become the perfect representation of Miami's rich and luxe culture.

This isn't the first time she's worked with the likes of Ari Fletcher; believe it or not, Fletcher was one of the first paid models to ever pose in Jadore Fancy clothing.

"The first time paying an influencer model for my brand was a big moment for me. It was Ariana Fletcher. She had maybe two, three million followers. At the time, she was selective on what brands she modeled for, and she modeled for my brand."

For Perez, this was an enormous boost – and it was the first time she'd seen such an influx of funds. The years leading up to her brand's success were tough from a business standpoint as she had to manage store expenses and keep the brand afloat, but she attributes this to growing business pains.

"My first month open, I made solid money, but put all my money back into my business. Everything I would make, I'd put it back in. Once I made my first $10,000, it was kind of hard to keep studying and making that."

Perez was determined to push through, even if it meant hustling extra hard and she persisted with faith and determination; her barriers only pushed her to work harder.

"I was praying, and I was like, 'God, I can't live paycheck to paycheck. I'm going to school. I don't know what I'm going to school for... what am I supposed to be doing?' I was just praying, praying, praying – and then February was my highest profit month ever."

It was all grind and bustle from there, as Perez began teaming up with influencers and paying models to style her lavish clothing brand.

"I paid $3,000 for a promo, and I made $100,000 back in profit. That was sick to me. I don't even think I'd ever made $100,000 a month yet."

From that moment, Francesca Perez knew that working with these girls was her winning strategy for drawing an audience. Her customers loved seeing beautiful clothes on the women they admired and followed. Being able to then buy those same outfits was an offer few Miami babes could refuse.

That's when Perez made the decision to pay Ariana Fletcher, one of the most beloved models and social media personalities in the game, to be her first compensated model. It was a defining moment for Jadore Fancy, and one that would kickstart the company's journey to becoming one of Miami's most iconic luxury fashion brands.

"Working with Ariana Fletcher... these types of girls, they're the culture, they're the girls that people look at. They want to dress like them, want to look like them. And I would work with those girls. So when they gave me a shout-out, people would buy."

But it isn't just the influencers with plenty of followers Perez looks for. She frequently scouts around in nightclubs and strip bars for her models, looking for women who flaunt their style and ooze confidence.

"They're my favorite because they're so comfortable with their bodies, and they don't feel weird with something that can be a little see-through. They're comfortable with a body, they know how to move, they know how to twist and turn. They just have that sex appeal to them, and they already know what to do."

Perez is serious about her content creation with the models, too; she's adamant that models should look and feel great in what they're wearing, and takes time to pose them in a way that flatters their individual figures.

"All of my content is thought out. I think about my models, what would look good, and then what wouldn't look good on them. How are they supposed to pose? Nothing is randomly done."

There's no doubt that Perez is an incredibly switched-on businessperson who knows her target consumer, knows what it takes to draw a crowd, and – most importantly – knows how to hustle!
