A former NBA star suggests that LeBron James is getting special treatment from the NBA.

On Sunday, November 21, a wild scenery caused a bit of a delay during the Los Angeles Lakers and Detroit Pistons game as Isaiah Stewart attempted to confront James multiple times over an allegedly “dirty play.”

James hit Stewart with an elbow to the face as the pair squared up for a rebound early in the third quarter.

Stewart then chased James several times and had to be held back by his teammates and several team officials.

In the end, both players were ejected and the Pistons big man had to be stitched after the game.

As expected, the incident drew mixed reactions from famous NBA personalities, including former Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas.

In a bold rant on social media, Arenas did not mince his words and sounded off on Stewart’s charging of James.

In the process, “Agent Zero” also took a subtle jab at the NBA over its treatment of James, stressing that Stewart made a huge mistake of going after “The King” as he is an untouchable player in the league.

“Hey brother (Stewart), I'm [sic] just be real with you here. Pack all s---, pack yo [sic] winter jackets and boots because yo [sic] a-- is about to be traded to somewhere,” the 39-year old wrote on an Instagram post via Fox Sports. “I don‘t know what type of bumbaclot blood got in yo [sic] eye BUT you can’t charge at [James] the king like that on TV, you will be drug tested expeditiously just to make sure that rage ain’t drug-related.”

“You probably haven’t read the memo on fight attempts in the NBA: 1. Don’t square up with [James] and [Kevin Durant] ever,” he continued. “Good luck moving forward my man. P.S. This was worst than the gun in the locker room situation, some can say this was attempted murder. The only thing that can save you right now is MJ (Michael Jordan) dropping episode 11 of the Last Dance and he edits all Scottie Pippen scenes out or Vanessa Bryant dropping The Mamba last season.”

“If you think I’m b-------ing, ask (Enes Kanter), he got too close to the king back in 2016-17 and the Turkish president been trying to catch his a-- ever since.”

The NBA has announced that James has been “suspended one game without pay for recklessly hitting Stewart in the face and initiating an on-court altercation.”

Stewart, meanwhile, will serve a two-game suspension for “repeatedly and aggressively pursuing” James.
