McCormick & Company has launched a nationwide search to fill a unique position: director of taco relations.

The part-time independent consulting role will be the first of its kind for the spice company, which is willing to pay handsomely for a taco expert to come in and share their love for the dish with other tacos fanatics.

Those who are interested in the position need to be at least 21 years old, a resident of the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license if they want to be considered for the job. Other requirements can be found on the company’s website.

McCormick's director of taco relations will work from September to December and receive a monthly salary of $25,000, for a total of $100,000 for four months of work, CNBC reported. On top of the base salary, they will also receive a supply of McCormick Taco Seasoning and other McCormick products.

"McCormick’s Director of Taco Relations will ultimately honor and support the millions of Americans that rely on our taco seasoning every day while keeping McCormick at the forefront of the tacos of tomorrow," McCormick chief marketing officer Jill Pratt said in a press release.

As for what the job entails, the director of taco relations will need to put in 20 hours of remote work per week over the four-month period. They will work with McCormick's branding team to develop recipes using McCormick Taco Seasoning, look for the latest taco trends on TikTok and other social media platforms and interact with taco fans.

They would also need to travel to in-person meetings, visit certain taco locations in the country, travel to the company’s Hunt Valley headquarters in Maryland, meet with team members and participate in various taco-eating events.

McCormick does not require prior experience for the position, but the company wants a person with "a strong teamwork mentality, an interest in all things tacos and a keen eye for storytelling through video and social media," according to CNBC.

Those interested in being McCormick's director of taco relations can send a video, two minutes long or less, that highlights their personality and "passion for tacos" as well as their applications through its website.

Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. EDT Tuesday.

McCormick & Company was founded in 1889 by Willoughby M. McCormick, according to Forbes. It has since grown into one of the largest food companies in the world, with annual sales of about $4.8 billion and approximately 12,000 employees across the globe, according to the company’s website.
