When and Where: The Italian Serie A soccer contest between Milan and Roma kicks off at the San Siro on Saturday at 1 p.m. EDT. A live stream is available via ESPN3.

Preview: Three wins on the spin in Serie A has given Milan a four-point lead over Juventus in its bid to retain the scudetto. But with every game still crucial the Rossoneri will know they cannot afford to have one eye on Wednesday's Champions League quarterfinal first leg against Barcelona.

Yet, after going out of the Coppa Italia on Tuesday night following a 120-minute battle with Juventus, fatigue could become an issue and boss Massimo Allegri may be tempted to make changes.

And Roma will be desperate to take advantage of any loss of focus by the Milan squad.

Despite an inconsistent season, Roma sit just four points off local rival Lazio in the final Champions League place.

While Louis Enrique's first season as manager is generally seen as one of building and transition, it would be a feather in the teams cap if a place in Europe's premier competition could be secured.

Team News: Milan will welcome back a trio of players in Alessandro Nesta, Mark van Bommel, and Kevin-Prince Boateng, although it remains to be seen how many of them will start, with the Barcelona game in mind.

The home side will have to contend with the loss of left-back Luca Antonini, who is suspended.

Roma captain Francesco Totti is fit to return to action, as is Miralem Pjanic, and both look set to feature in the starting lineup.

Prediction: Milan will be looking to get through this game without overexerting itself, as it awaits Barcelona. While Roma has the ability to take advantage of this, its poor form away from home suggests otherwise.

Milan should squeak by in a low-scoring victory.
