The New York Mets are headed to the 2015 World Series and, as you can imagine, there's a lot of pressure on the 40 players to take the title. The 2015 NLCS Championship winner's haven't won a world series game in a whopping 15 years, but many believe this could be their year. Fortunately for the Mets starting players and many of the others holding it down in the dugout, they've got a line up of strong women backing them. Meet a few of the wives and girlfriends -- or WAGs -- of the 2015 Mets.

Cady Reed

Cady, second from the right in the above photo, is the wife of Mets pitcher Addison Reed. According to PlayersWives.com the couple tied the knot in November 2014. They have two dogs together, including a teacup Yorkshire Terrier named Max with whom Cady was featured on Pocket Puppies. Addison, 26, and his wife welcomed their first child, a daughter, in July.

Although her Instagram is private, posts shared to her Twitter page show a love for her family, dogs and, of course, husband and infant daughter.

Victoria Ahern

Victoria is married to Mets infielder Daniel Murphy. The pair are said to have begun dating in 2007, splitting briefly in 2011, according to NJ.com. They reignited their old spark after an injury forced Murphy, 30, to return home to Florida to recover. The couple tied the knot in December 2012. They welcomed their first child, a son named Noah, on March 31, 2014. PlayersWives.com reports that Victoria works as a high school teacher. She was once a softball player with the University of Northern Florida Ospreys.

Neither Victoria, nor her husband, appear to have much of a social media presence.

Cari Ellen Edgin

Mets pitcher Josh Edgin is married to Cari Ellen Edgin. According to her Twitter profile she is a devout Christian and a fitness fanatic. She is the mother of two young children, Turner and Tenley, and proudly shows them off whenever she can.

Her feed is filled with Tweets showing her support for the Mets and, of course, her husband, as well as photos of her children playing and being shaped into adorable little baseball fanatics.

Heather

Left fielder Michael Conforto is said to be dating a girl by the name of Heather, seen on the left in the photo above. According to PlayersWives.com the couple met while they were both enrolled at Oregon State University. Although they have an extensive history, the site claims they have only been a couple for around six months.

A majority of what appears to be her Twitter feed is made up of memes and photos of her beloved dogs. Her last tweet, from July 24, was in celebration of Conforto, 22, being called up to the major leagues.

Bethany Nieuwenhuis

Mets outfielder Kirk Niewennuis married his wife, Bethany, in 2013. According to FabWags.com the pair got engaged in February 2013 and tied the knot just eight months later in November of the same year. She is said to have studied merchandise marketing at the Fasion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Bethany can be found on Instagram, but does not appear to have a presence on Twitter.

Leah Eckman

Leah is the wife of Mets pitcher Jon Niese. The couple met in July 2009 at a Bowling Green State University bonfire. They married six years later on Jan. 12, 2013. Jon, 28, and Leah have one child together, a son born July 24, 2015. Leah gave birth to the boy during a Mets game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Although Jon was present at the game, pitching three innings, he walked off the field to watch his wife give birth via FaceTime.

Maegan Walker

Maegan and Mets pitcher Bobby Parnell dated for several years before he popped the question in January 2010. The couple married on Nov. 11, 2011 in Concord, North Carolina. Prior to getting married, Bobby, 31, and Maegan, adopted a golden retriever together named Abby.

It appears neither Bobby nor Maegan have active social media accounts.

Brittany Westwood

Mets pitcher Tyler Clippard is said to be dating Brittany Westwood. According to PlayersWives.com she is a clinical pharmacist and has been working in a hospital for a little over a year. The site reports that Westwood was previously a resident at St. Joseph's where she conducted pharmacological research. The couple are said to have been together for quite some time, though it is not clear exactly how long.

The only account linked to Westwood appears to be a private Twitter page. Clippard is very active on Twitter, sharing personal things as well as Mets-related tweets. He does not, however, seem to tweet about his relationship with Westwood.

Kelly Shepardson

Mets catcher Anthony Recker is married to Kelly Shepardson. The couple reportedly married on Nov. 2, 2013. They have since had one child, a son named Camden Anthony Recker. He was born on Dec. 29, 2014. Both she and her husband share personal moments with fans via Twitter. Kelly's feed is largely made up of photos of her son, husband and their dog. She also frequently shares messages of support for the Mets.

Tayler Francel

Tayler is engaged to be married to Mets catcher Kevin Plawecki. She and her soon-to-be hubby show their love for one another loud and proud in their Twitter profiles. According to their wedding website, made with The Knot, they are tying the knot on Nov. 28, 2015 in San Diego, California.

The couple met while attending Purdue University. Tayler was invited by a friend to go over to Kevin's room for pizza. She recalls arriving to his dorm in soccer sweats, with no clue the man she'd meet would one day be her husband. She wrote that they clicked immediately and the rest, as they say, was history. They stayed together thoughout college and even lasted through Kevin being drafted to the Mets in 2012.

Stacy Harris

Mets pitcher Jocob DeGrom married Stacy Harris in 2014. According to Heavy, the pair both grew up in Florida and share a lot of similarities. They met during a bull riding event they were attending with mutual friends. The world series hopeful popped the question on Christmas 2013, tweeting a photo of his then-fiancée.

Although she is not on Twitter herself, DeGrom frequently shares photos of the two of them together on his personal account.

Britney Cobian

Britney Cobian is the girlfriend of Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud. The couple have been together for a little over a year according to FabWags.com. She is active on Twitter and Instagram, sharing photos and messages about her boyfriend and the team. Most recently Britney celebrated the Mets win, calling it "unreal."

The Mets are headed to the 2015 world series on Oct. 27. Be sure to tune in and keep an eye out for these proud WAGs in the stands!

Bonus: Mrs. Met

The Mets beloved mascot, Mr. Met, is happily married to the equally spirited Mrs. Met. Like her hubby she is active on Twitter and frequently shares updates on Twitter about the Mets success. Most recently she expressed her excitement over watching the team dominate the Los Angeles dodgers on Oct. 15.
