As the playoff races heat up, Las Vegas odds makers have seemingly lost their handle on where the NFL is heading as we enter Week 14.

Odds makers have pegged four out of Week 14’s 16 games as picks (PK), as the Buffalo Bills hit the road to face the Philadelphia Eagles, the Detroit Lions battle the St. Louis Rams, the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars duel for some leverage in the AFC South, and the New York Giants try to stay afloat at the Miami Dolphins.

This week is also marked by violent swings in fortunes and the NFL standings. The New England Patriots are merely three-point road favorites against the 6-6 Houston Texans after dropping their last two contests since opening the season 10-0.

So instead of the Patriots, the red-hot Kansas City Chiefs stand as Week 14’s biggest favorite. The Chiefs have won six straight, the longest current streak in the AFC, and are 10.5-point home favorites over their AFC West rival San Diego Chargers.

Keep all the betting lines and each team’s current streaks in mind before playing our office pool game for Week 14. The pool rules are simple, just circle the team you believe will win and then tally the total number of correct choices. The player with the most correct picks wins Week 14.

In the event of a tiebreaker, use “Monday Night Football’s” combined score to determine a winner. This week the Giants head south to face the Dolphins, and however much each team scores those numbers will be added together. The player whose guess is closest to the tally wins.
