This Wednesday the CW's One Tree Hill will finally be coming to an end after nine years. In the two-hour season finale be prepared to break out the tissues.

A press release from the CW states, In the final chapter of 'One Tree Hill,' the tenth anniversary of Tric brings old faces and new possibilities for the Tree Hill Family.

A sneak peek of the series finale shows Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) in Karen's café talking about moving forward, and reminiscing on old times in Tree Hill.

Zap2it.com is reporting that the season finale of One Tree Hill will be bringing back some familiar faces. Dan Scott (Paul Johansson) and Chris Keller (Tyler Hilton) will both be appearing in the two-hour special, along with some other old pals.

While Peyton (Hilarie Burton) won't be returning to town, viewers will get one last look at her infamous bedroom when Brooke visits Julian's (Austin Nichols) set for his movie adaptation of An Unkindness of Ravens.

Meanwhile, Nathan (James Lafferty) will say a proper goodbye to the River Court as he enlightens Jamie (Jackson Brundage) with some life lessons regarding basketball.

The One Tree Hill two-hour series finale will air Wednesday, April 4 from 8 - 10 p.m. EST on the CW.
