The 21-year-old assaulted the young girl by entering the back door of her apartment when her mother was at work and forced himself on her, she told authorities.
"It's definitely one of the more heinous crimes we've seen,” Sara Marie Kinney of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office told ABC affiliate KTRK.
"It was about a year that this abuse was occurring continuously, very often. This case will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," Kinney said.
It only became known that the 11-year-old was impregnated by Davis-Williams after her school called her home, suspecting she was pregnant. She was 5-months along and is now 7-months pregnant.
Davis-Williams has since been arrested and charged with continuous sexual assault of a child and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Police said that Davis-Williams allegedly said he was going to commit suicide after contacting the young girl via text and asking why she told authorities.
This unfortunately has not been an isolated incident in recent months. In February, a 9-year-old girl known as Dafne gave birth last month in Mexico.
Authorities are looking to prosecute the boy who impregnated her.
Dafne was “just over 8 when she got pregnant,” her mother told authorities in Jalisco state, according to the Indian Express.
“The father is a boy who is 17, but we have not found him, since he ran away," she went on to say.
The pregnant 9-year-old gave birth in Zoquipan Hospital to a 5.9-pound baby and was released from the hospital recently.
