Hip-hop superstar Curtis 50 Cent Jackson was injured in a car crash Tuesday morning, according to his publicist. Jackson has since been released from the hospital.
Jackon's bullet-proof SUV was hit from behind by a Mack truck while traveling on the Long Island Expressway around 3 a.m. near New York City, according to the rapper's website.
The Hip-hop phenomenon was treated and released from New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back pains, the site said.
