Alison Lockhart (Ruth Wilson) gets angry after reading Noah Solloway's (Dominic West, not pictured) book in Season 2, episode 5 of "The Affair." Showtime

Noah Solloway (Dominic West) is going to have to deal with a very angry fiancé in episode 5 of "The Affair." During the Oct. 25 episode, Noah and Alison Lockhart's (Ruth Wilson) romance took a blow when he revealed that they could no longer move in together. And it appears in the upcoming Nov. 1 episode things will continue to go downhill for them.

According to an official synopsis (via TV Guide), "Alison is thrown by an unpleasant shift in behavior from her Hudson Valley hosts," Robert (Peter Friedman) and Yvonne (Joanna Gleason). She's also "furious with Noah after a chance discovery about his new book."

In a sneak peek of episode 5 Alison is seen reading Noah's manuscript for his book, "Descent," and gets mad when she realizes that his story is about their affair. In another teaser, it's revealed that Noah spent a lot of time in his book graphically describing his sexual encounters with Alison.

As previously reported, past episodes of "The Affair" hinted that "Descent" became a best-seller for Noah.

In another clip of next Sunday's episode, viewers see more of Cole Lockhart's (Joshua Jackson) love interest, Luisa (Catalina Sandino Moreno). However, it seems like things will be a little messy between them because it appears Luisa may also have a thing with Cole's brother, Scotty Lockhart (Colin Donnell).

According to the episode guide: "Cole rejects Scotty’s plan to make money for the family and enjoys an unexpected connection with someone new; and Scotty catches Cole in a situation best kept secret.”

“The Affairs” airs Sunday’s at 9 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
