Ten days after Prince William and his bride Kate Middleton left the United Kingdom for their honeymoon to the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean, the newlyweds are back.

The palace confirmed, via People.com, that the couple had a memorable vacation in the Seychelles.

Prince William and Kate thoroughly enjoyed their time together and they are grateful to the Seychelles government for their assistance in making the honeymoon such a memorable and special 10 days, a palace statement reads.

The couple returned to London on Friday.

They left happy and clearly content with their stay, the head of the Seychelles tourism board Alain St. Ange told the Associated Press.

It is not yet clear when Prince William will return to work at his base at RAF Valley in Anglesey, but it is speculated he will be back in the coming week. Jean-Paul Adam, foreign minister of Seychelles told the Associated Press that they are truly honored that Prince William and his wife chose to return to Seychelles for this special holiday and we are proud to have been able to offer them a peaceful and private getaway.

According to People.com up next for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are the celebration of Queen Elizabeth's 85th birthday and the celebration of Prince Philip's 90th birthday on June 12.
