Alex Rodriguez will never forget to close the blinds in his bathroom again. On Thursday, a photo of the athlete using the toilet inside his $17 million New York City Park Avenue apartment went viral on social media. Now, the former baseball star is reportedly having his legal team find the culprit.

The photo shows Rodriguez, 43, wearing a blue button-up top with his pants down and using his phone. Lawyers believe that someone from a nearby hedge fund is responsible for taking the unauthorized picture.

"Alex’s lawyers are all over this. They are working hard to find out who the culprit is. It is a clear breach of privacy," a source told The New York Post.

"The photo was obviously taken from the building next door, from a floor possibly parallel to Alex’s apartment. One of the hedge funds in the building next door will be getting a big lawsuit."

While Rodriguez may be used to getting photographed constantly when outside thanks to his relationship with Jennifer Lopez, being photographed in your own home is certainly a whole different story.
