The Federal Aviation Administration has found that a pilot involved in a skydiving sex stunt over Taft did not violate FAA regulations, agency spokesman Ian Gregor said.

The video shows porn star and part-time skydiving instructor Alex Torres having sex with the company's secretary, Hope Howell, as they plummeted towards the Earth over Kern County. Police were alerted to the video which Torres had posted on his blog.

At one point, the video shows Torres and Howell having sex in a seat next to the pilot, before they jump out of the aircraft in a tandem harness and continue the act midair.

Alex Torres (a.k.a Voodoo) decided to film himself and Skydive Taft receptionist Hope Howell doing the deed at thousands of feet above the ground. According to KGET, they filmed the stunt in the very early morning where no one could be disturbed and no public nudity complaints could be thrown their way.

An FAA inspector reviewed the video, which had been online on adult film actor and skydiving instructor Torres' blog for several months prior to the investigation and spoke to the pilot, Gregor said.

The pilot stated that the act did not distract him or interfere with any of his duties, and available video evidence confirms this account, he said.
