Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes has been in a whirlwind of trouble, but now she’s the one who might be pressing charges, according to multiple reports from celebrity magazines.

The former “All That” star has threatened to sue a tabloid that claimed she was walking around a New York City salon naked.

“That’s not true, I’ll sue,” Bynes reportedly told the celebrity obsessed website Celebuzz, via text message Wednesday.

Bynes lawyers have yet to comment on the incident, despite being contacted by ABC News.

CeleBuzz wasn't the only one to report that Amanda Bynes was strutting around in her birthday suit. In Touch magazine submitted a report, confirming what CeleBuzz had written on Thursday.

They claim the 26-year-old was walking around Beach Bum in the nude while she searched the salon for goggles.

The magazine quoted an insider who was present at the event saying, “She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked. She seemed totally out of it … There was definitely something wrong with her.”

Bynes has been having a rough year considering she has been charged with two hit-and-runs and two DUIs, but the actress is not taking any of the blame for her actions and insists that she is fine.

“I am doing amazing,” Bynes told People magazine in September. “I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line.”

One of the last movies Bynes acted in was “Easy A,” with Emma Stone as the lead role.

Even though she was arrested for DUI, she maintains that she doesn’t drink.

“I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don’t drink, and I don’t drink and drive. It is all false,” she told People.

There were early sings that the actress might not be well when she publicly tweeted President Barack Obama to get her out of trouble with the cops after her first arrest in 2012.
