An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing four-month-old police believe is with a New York man Matthew Slocum, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a homicide committed Wednesday morning.

The Massachusetts State Police and the New York State Police activated an Amber Alert on Wednesday afternoon regarding the possible abduction of Raymond Slocum in White Creek, N.Y., Wednesday morning.

The alert states that the child is in extreme danger and was last seen at 5 a.m. Wednesday in the North Street in Adams, Mass. area.

Matthew Slocum, 23, is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has swastika tattoos on his forearms.

Anyone with information is asked not call 911 and do not approach his vehicle, a black 2003 Ford Mustang.
