The 2013 American Music Awards are happening this evening in L.A., and we've got the details on how you can enjoy one of music's biggest nights!

With performances by Pitbull, Ke$ha, One Direction and Lady Gaga -- to name just a few -- and illustrious presenters including Ciara, Heidi Klum, Nicole Ritchie and Zoe Saldana, you definitely won't want to miss a minute of this year's ceremony, to be broadcast live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theater.

The show -- which will also be hosted by Pitbull -- kicks off on Sunday, Nov. 24, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. You can catch the live stream from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles starting at 5 p.m ET.

The AMAs are chosen based on fan votes for the categories. This year, fans were also able to vote via Twitter for the first time ever.
