Angela Simmons Ignites Dating Rumors After Instagramming Roses From Yo Gotti; Are They A Couple?

It looks like things may be heating up between Angela Simmons and rapper Yo Gotti. The "Act Right" performer has made it no secret that he has feelings for the fashion mogul, rapping about it in his latest hit "Down In The DM." Now the internet is abuzz with romance rumors after Simmons, 31, shared a suggestive photo of a gift sent to her by Yo Gotti.

According to BET, the second oldest daughter of rapper Joseph Simmons, aka Rev Run, uploaded a photo of a bouquet of red and white roses sent by her not-so-secret admirer. The floral arrangement was accompanied by a note which congratulated her on her latest business venture, an eco-friendly fur line. Simmons said very little about the gesture other than thanking Yo Gotti, whose real name is Mario Mims, for recognizing her and her brand, but that didn't stop the stories from swirling.

Not long after the post was shared Twitter was ablaze with speculation and, of course, jokes. Some users called Yo Gotti, 34, an "inspiration," while others commended him — and those who had come before him — for fearlessly broadcasting his "thirst." Photos also began circulating on the social media site of the pair together at an event celebrating Simmons' luxury fur line.

Yo Gotti released "Down In The DM" in September. The song is currently No. 68 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, sitting between "Home Alone Tonight" by Luke Bryan Ft. Karen Fairchild and "Nothin' Like You" by Dan + Shay. Despite ranking in the lower portion on the Hot 100, the song has charted at No. 8 on Billboard's Hot R & B and Hip-Hop Airplay.
