Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still in the middle of finalizing their divorce, but the “Ocean’s Eleven” actor is now allowed to spend more time with his children. According to People, Pitt is much happier these days because he gets to spend time with Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8, more freely.

While speaking with the publication, a source said, “He seems to have a more positive outlook. Things seem much better now. He seems happier. He missed his kids terribly. The kids are his whole world. It’s all he cares about.”

Just this week, the actor was photographed looking dapper during a rainy day while he was on his way to a studio in Los Angeles. In the snap, Pitt could be seen wearing an all-black ensemble. Even though he lost a considerable amount of weight, Entertainment Tonight noted how good single life looked on the award-winning actor.

Earlier this month, Pitt and Jolie released a joint statement saying they will tackle their children’s custody case privately. Since the divorce filing in September, information about the estranged couple’s custody case has been made public on various news websites and television networks. Pitt expressed his disapproval over the matter, and his representative questioned Jolie’s intentions for making their divorce public. Since then, the former couple had agreed that they will make their divorce and custody battle private for the sake of their six growing children.

Following their divorce, Jolie’s dad, Jon Voight, said that he still wants his daughter and Pitt to fix their marital issues. He said he is still rooting for them for the sake of his grandchildren. “I appreciate everyone’s concern and their prayers. Hopefully things will work out,” he told E! News.
