Although Ice-T and Coco Austin have publicly denied reports that they are on the brink of a divorce after a West Coast rapper named AP.9 published scandalous photos with Austin and claimed they had engaged in an affair, the scandal doesn’t seem to be going away quietly.

According to San Francisco radio station KMEL-FM, AP.9 has retaliated again by releasing private photos he says he took of Coco, along with a text message exchange with Ice-T discussing the supposed affair.

Ice-T and Coco appear to be putting their best foot forward, recently telling E! News that they “are doing totally fine” through their PR rep. But that hasn’t stopped AP.9 from continuing to go to the press with new allegations about his relationship with Austin.

In a February interview with Star magazine, he spilled the details about his alleged affair with Austin, including the shocking claim that the two had engaged in unprotected sex in Las Vegas and that Austin might be pregnant with his child. Throughout the scandal, Austin maintained that she had done nothing wrong other than take inappropriate photos with AP.9, while the rapper claimed that he was withholding more incriminating photos.

And now AP.9 says he’s ready for those photos to see the light of day. In addition to the previously released photos showing the two snuggling up together at a Las Vegas club, AP.9 shared a photo of Austin wearing nothing but her top and high heels. He also shared a screen shot of a text exchange he claims was conducted with Ice-T time stamped from Dec. 17, 2012, a week after the release of the first flirtatious pictures.

In a portion of the exchange shared by the rapper, “Ice T” sends him two texts that say, “I need that,” and three hours later, “Waiting..” “Respect bro! I’m not trying to f--- up your relationship bro!!” AP.9 responds via text. “I text Co and asked her to meet up with me on some fly [redacted] to let her know the same!! We all grown bro!!! I’m not gonna thro your name under the bus!!! [sic]”

AP.9 goes on to explain that all his communications with the press have been to clear his name, and that he believes Austin has made him out to be a “stalker” and a “groupie” in the media. AP.9 made similar allegations to Star magazine, claiming Austin “threw him under the bus.”

"She did an interview and said, 'Oh, he was a superfan, everywhere I went he showed up and ran up to me talking pictures,” the rapper told Star. "She threw me under the bus like I was some groupie stalking her.”

When the photo scandal first hit the Internet, an incensed Ice-T told Twitter that he had been “disrespected” by his wife, but he has since gone quiet on the issue and the couple has only publicly refuted the divorce claims.

"Ice and Coco are doing totally fine," Austin’s rep told E!. "Those papers are fake. They are not addressing rumors or the photos and are moving forward happily."
