Architect Visit: Annabelle Selldorf Artist's House in Sagaponack
Set on a seventeen-acre expanse on eastern Long Island, this artist's compound by Annabelle Selldorf was inspired by typical New England farm structures; the house, studio, garage, and pool pavilion form a quartet of taut, shingled and gabled volumes arranged around a central courtyard. The structures are positioned to provide a series of outdoor rooms. Photos by Nikolas Koenig; see more images at Selldorf Architects.
