The house where Elizabeth Taylor spent time with her first fiancé William Pawley, Jr. back in 1949 is available for rent for $50K a month.

Taylor, who was only 17 at the time, took frequent visits to this Miami Beach home on Lake Avenue owned by the family of Pawley, according to Sun Sentinel.

Built in 1941 and renovated in 2009, the 9,100-square-foot home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 150 feet of water frontage. It also comes with a separate guest house, cabana, pool, and spa.

The estate reportedly will be put on the market for $13.9 million.

Pawley, then a 28-year-old son of a rich businessman with ties to Cuba, did not end up marrying Taylor. Now 90, Pawley told Inside Edition he was heartbroken and it took 25 years for him to marry after their split.

Taylor died last month at the age of 79.
