Natsumi Hayashi's 'Levitating Girl' photos becomes Internet Sensation

She makes flying look easy.

Dubbed "Tokyo's Levitating Girl," she has photographed herself suspended midair -- on city pavements, in restaurants and deserted fields, all over the Japanese capital.

Natsumi Hayashi has since become an Internet sensation, with her photos being syndicated by portals across Japan, and abroad.

"We all are surrounded by social stress as we are bound by the force of the earth's gravity," she explains to Britain's Daily Mail.

"So I hope that people feel something like an instant release from stressful practical days by seeing my levitation photos."

Hayashi's photographs have become so popular in Japan, that she hopes they might launch a high-flying career as a photographer.

She has worked part time as an artist's assistant for the past two years, learning photography skills during her apprenticeship.

How does she fly?
