Snooki Weight Loss: ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Uses Diet Pill Zantrex [PHOTOS]

"Jersey Shore's" infamous guidette Snooki showed off some major weight loss this week, admitting she lost the weight with the help of diet pill, Zantrex.

Snooki, standing at just 4 feet 9 inches, dropped about 17 pounds while shooting the newest season of "Jersey Shore," according to ABC, attributing her weight loss to an "addiction" to exercise and Zantrex-3 Fat Burner. The Snookster was photographed on Saturday at Harrah's Pool in Atlantic City looking quite slender.

"Glad to hear reports that say I look good =) but it's not because of HCG! Thanks @Zantrex!" Snooki tweeted on Sept. 26.

Lately, Snooki has been tweeting about her frequent trips to the gym, along with cutting back on unhealthy food and alcohol. But she reportedly gets "energy to work out" from taking herbal Zantrex-3 Fat Burner twice a day, the "extreme energy" pill for which she is a spokeswoman.

"One of my followers asked if I was a paid spokesperson for zantrex...yes haven't you seen the ads in Star?" she tweeted on Sept. 27.

Thanks to her dramatic weight loss, the proud Snooki said she is unrecognizable, though she still has her trademark orange hue and wildly thick hair, with her new svelte figure.

"LOL so some girl comes up to me n goes 'you look like one of those girls from the jersey shows, but you look better.' Uhm thanks? Lmao," Snooki tweeted on Tuesday.

Snooki, born Nicole Polizzi, reportedly has been battling with her weight over the years and told OK! Magazine last year that she was anorexic and bulimic throughout high school in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
