The recent having-sex-while-skydiving stunt that French-Canadian porn star Alex Torres and receptionist Hope Howell made a tape of has resulted in both being fired from their jobs, by the owner of Skydive Taft - David Chrouch.

Following an investigation by the U.S.'s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Torres - who worked part-time with Skydive Taft - and Howell - who was a receptionist there, have been removed from their posts. It is being speculated that Torres' was looking to grab the attention of radio jockey Howard Stern; something that he has managed to do. The FAA investigations are centered on the possibility of the act distracting the pilot of the aircraft.

Earlier, Torres recorded a video of Howell and himself having sex while listening to a Katy Perry song, before the couple (reportedly still engaged in the act) jumped off a plane flying over Kern County, Calif. At one point, the footage even shows Torres and Howell having sex in a seat next to the pilot.

It must be said that the idea of having sex while skydiving is extremely scary, especially when the act of skydiving itself is a dangerous one.

"I got a phone call saying I was fired, and I feel like that was a stab in my back," said Howell. However, even after being fired, Howell admitted to loving her video. She told 23ABC that she doesn't regret losing her job and said that the air stunt "was crazy".

"My adrenaline was rushing. I was so excited. I was pumped. I was ready for it to be edited. This is certainly an experience that most people have never had," said Howell.

She also said that Chrouch lied about not being there when the sex video was recorded.

"Our boss was there and we planned out everything," she said.
