World's Tiniest Chameleon and Six Other Small Creatures [PHOTOS]

In the animal world, the spotlight is on the Madagascan Brookesia Micra, the recently discovered tiniest chameleon ever documented. The smallest chameleon in the world, which is only about as big as the tip of a matchstick at 29 millimeters long, was found by a San Diego University research team. The chameleon is only the newest addition to Guinness record winning group of other dwarf, mini or smallest creatures of their kind around the world, from the worlds smallest (and maybe even cutest) cat at 2.75 in tall and 7.5 in long, to the world's smallest bird, at only 0.056 ounces.
