Lara Flynn Boyle is the latest celebrity victim of Pillow Face syndrome, as she was seen on Saturday in Los Angeles in paparazzi photos with an almost unrecognizable puffy, swollen face most likely the result of fillers or bad plastic surgery.

Flynn Boyle, 42, was sporting a puffy white jacket hiding her slender frame with her swollen face and a cast on her left leg leaving a Los Angeles liquor store.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Paul S. Nassif told The Daily Mail that her puffy face is most likely due to fillers, in addition to much more plastic surgery.

Lara Flynn Boyle appears to have had rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, Botox, facial fillers, and possibly a browlift and facelift, he told The Daily Mail.

And this isn't the first time Flynn Boyle was seen in photos with an enhanced face; In 2010, Flynn Boyle showed up at a film screening with a similarly inflamed face sparking plastic surgery rumors. In fact, BuzzFeed published a gallery of Lara Flynn Boyle and her changing face over the years.

Just over a decade ago, Flynn Boyle told the Daily Mail that she was terrified of getting older.

I know I may be running out of time. There are just not that many roles for older women, a 32-year-old Flynn Boyle told The Daily Mail. On a vanity level, I am not looking forward to ageing at all - I think I look pretty good now.

Lara Flynn Boyle is just the latest celebrity to enhance her face using fillers. Similarly, Ashley Judd was accused of getting plastic surgery after she was seen on a Canadian talk show in March with a noticeably puffy face. Many began attributing the 43-year-old's puffed up face during her appearance on CTV's The Marilyn Dennis Show to filler injections.

However, Judd denied claims that she had plastic surgery or injections.

For the record, this is unequivocally not true, Judd's rep, Cara Tripicchio, told E! News. Ashley has been battling an ongoing, serious sinus infection and flu. Therefore, Ashley has been on a heavy dose of medication to overcome it so she could get on a plane and travel to Toronto and New York to fulfill her commitment of completing four consecutive days of press to promote her new show 'Missing.'

This may have contributed to her face appearing 'puffy' on the talk show in Toronto, however anyone who is truly paying attention and not looking to perpetuate a ridiculous story can look online further at photos of her last night during an Apple store event in NYC and see for themselves that there is zero sign of plastic surgery, puffiness, fillers, etc., that has become a silly and erroneous topic of conversation. Ashley is a natural beauty enjoying her 40s gracefully.

Just before Judd was pointed at for fillers, 25-year-old Lindsay Lohan was seen with a full face before her appearance on Saturday Night Live, granting her the nickname Pillow Face.

In 2009, Hospital of St. John and St. Elizabeth plastic surgeon Alex Karidis told The Daily Mail about the growing Pillow Face trend in women.

A lot of people are injecting their faces to counter the deflating effect of aging, Karidis said. Especially those that like to keep trim as their facial fat diminishes. But the question is where do you draw the line? A patient wants more and more and ends up with a fat face.
