Desmond Hatchett is hoping state officials from Tennessee will show him leniency because he cannot pay his child support for his 30 children with 11 different women.

Hatchett, who holds the record for having the most children in the Knox County Juvenile Child Support Court, has 30 children that range in age from toddlers to 14-years-old. The state already takes half of the 33-year-old's paycheck and divides up among his kids. However, the problem is that he makes only minimum wage.

I had four kids in the same year, Hatchett said, reported WREG. Twice.

Hatchet's story first came to light in 2009. At the time, he had 21 children. He was in court to answer charges that many of the mothers were not receiving any child support, reported Yahoo. He handed the mothers over a $400 check and promised he would not father any more children. The mothers were forced to split the meager pay check. Some of his baby mammas only receive $1.49 when they should be receiving $25 to $309 a month.

Unfortunately, he ended having nine more children in the past three years. Still, he maintains he can keep with all of his children.

In a 2009 interview, Hatchet said he is able to keep up with the names and birthdays of all of his children, reported WVLT.
