Award season is switching things up in 2017. Unlike last year’s lineup, the Critics’ Choice Awards took place in December and the Golden Globes came before the People’s Choice Awards. JANUARY

People’s Choice Awards- Joel McHale hosted the event at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

American Cinema Editors’ ACE Eddie Awards- The 2017 show took place on Jan. 27 at The Beverly Hilton’s International Ballroom.

Producers Guild Awards- The 28th annual show was held on Jan. 28 at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

Screen Actors Guild Awards- The 23rd annual SAG Awards happened on Jan. 29.

FEBRUARY

Directors Guild Awards- The 69th annual awards dinner took place Feb. 4 at The Beverly Hilton hotel.

American Cinematographers Awards- The 31st annual show occurred on Feb. 4.

Visual Effects Society Awards- Visual effects specialists were honored during the 15th annual ceremony on Feb. 7 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Art Directors Guild Awards- The winners of the 21st annual show were announced Feb. 11.

BAFTA Film Awards- The British Academy of Film Arts announced its winners on Feb. 12.

Grammys- The Recording Academy honored the best in music on Feb. 12.

Cinema Audio Society Awards- The CAS Awards was presented on Feb. 18,at the OMNI Los Angeles hotel.

Writers Guild Awards- The program was presented simultaneously on the West and East coast on Feb. 19. Patton Oswalt hosted at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles while Lewis Black led the East Coast affair.

Independent Spirit Awards- This event happened on Feb. 25 and aired on IFC.

Academy Awards- The 88th annual Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, took place place Feb. 26. The event was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and aired live on ABC.

MARCH

iHeartRadio Music Awards- The Forum in Los Angeles will played host on March 5.

Kids’ Choice Awards- The kids-centric show will took place on March 11 and was hosted by WWE star John Cena.

APRIL

Academy of Country Music Awards- The 52nd annual show airs live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 2, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.

Peabody Awards- TBD (Usually in April)

MAY

Billboard Music Awards- ABC will air the 2017 BBMAs live on Sunday, May 21, at 8 p.m. EST.

MTV Movie & TV Awards (formerly MTV Movie Awards)- Will take place Sunday, May, 7, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The show will air live at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.

JUNE

Tony Awards- The 71st annual award show will take place on Sunday, June 11. The show at Radio City Music Hall in New York City will air live on CBS from 8-11 p.m. EST.

BET Awards- The 2017 event is expected to take place on Sunday, June 25.

CMT Awards- TBD (Usually in June)

OTHER

Teen Choice Awards- TBD (Fox usually airs the show in July-August)

MTV Video Music Awards- TBD (Usually in August)
