Actress Hilary Duff, 23 -- the former "Lizzie McGuire " star -- announced her third pregnancy Sunday on her official Web site.

"I can't believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you're having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives," said Duff, who married professional hockey player Mike Comrie one year ago on Aug. 14, 2010 in Santa Barbara, Calif. Comrie plays center for the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins.

Duff rose to fame for her role in Disney Channel's "Lizzie McGuire." She has also appeared in other films, including "Cheaper by the Dozen" and its sequel, as well as "A Cinderella Story." Recently, she joined NBC's "Community" and CW's "Gossip Girl" and starred in the ABC Family movie "Beauty & the Briefcase."

Her upcoming film credits include "The Story of Bonnie & Clyde" and "She Wants Me."
