Move over, Chris Harrison. ABC late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel will be appearing on week 3 of “The Bachelor” to guest co-host!

During a press call with reporters, “Bachelor” star Chris Soules was asked to reminisce about some of his favorite themed-dates in Season 19 of the reality show. The 33-year-old Iowa farmer teased his “exotic” date later in the season, but revealed that viewers would be in for a treat early when Jimmy Kimmel shows up to help out "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison.

Soules described the appearance as “fun,” revealing that Kimmel planned some of his dates with the Season 19 girls. The bachelor added, the “shenanigans that Jimmy pulled on us I think everyone will enjoy watching, including myself.”

The comedian has a funny history with the reality show. During his “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” late night show on ABC, the host picks the final four contestants – and the winner – at the start of the season. During Andi Dorfman’s season of “The Bachelorette,” he chose “Josh M.” as the guy who would sweep Andi off of her feet … and he turned out to be right! Viewers will have to keep a close eye this year to see if the host can once again predict the winning contestant.

Chris Soules’ Season 19 of “The Bachelor” will kick off on Jan. 5. The single stud has a record number of 30 women fighting for his heart – ranging from a WWE Diva-in-Training to a “cadaver tissue saleswoman.”
