While some networks may choose to preempt new episodes of their shows this Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. day, it appears ABC is keeping their Monday night lineup intact.

Fans of “The Bachelor” can expect a new episode to air at 8 p.m. EST come Jan. 15, and according to the network’s synopsis, it’s going to be worth tuning in for.

After the last elimination ceremony, the drama will heat up at the Bachelor mansion as Arie Luyendyk Jr. takes some of his 18 remaining women on two group dates. While some of the contestants will be treated to performing in a dog comedy show, and will get to meet Arie’s beloved pet, the other women will have to battle it out in a wrestling ring to win Arie’s affection.

“Arie selects eight women to battle for supremacy in the wrestling arena with two top veterans of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW) – Ursula Hayden and Angelina Altishin – sharing their secrets of success in the ring,” the synopsis teases.

“The undercard will feature a surprise guest, Kenny ‘Pretty Boy Pit Bull’ King from ‘Bachelorette’ Rachel’s season, who will take on the Bachelor himself.”

Episode 3 will also see one of the lucky contestants will get alone time with this year’s “Bachelor” when the former race car driver turned real estate broker takes her on a private date to a winery. ABC has revealed Lauren S. is the recipient of the third solo date this season. “This is a very Lauren S. date,” Lauren says of their outing in a sneak peek.

Elsewhere in the new episode, Arie will find himself in a heated “face off” with one of the ladies which will “send shockwaves through the group.” While ABC isn’t revealing who is involved in the dramatic altercation just yet, the promo for episode 3, as well as elimination spoilers, seems to hint it may be Bibiana.

Following the premiere of episode 3 of “The Bachelor” Season 22, ABC will air a new episode of its hit medical drama “The Good Doctor” at 10 p.m. EST. What follows will be installments of local programming.
