On her Twitter account, the “Famous In Love” star shared a short but meaningful message to the 21-year-old Rapper. Thorne said that Lil Peep deserved more out of life and his greatness didn’t do him justice in this world.

According to US Weekly, Thorne and Lil Peep were linked to each other in September, months after she was first photographed hanging out with Scott Disick in Cannes. Lil Peep died on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

Sarah Stennett, chief executive of First Access Entertainment confirmed the news to The New York Times on Thursday. “I am shocked and heartbroken. Meanwhile, the 20-year-old Thorne also shared two videos of Lil Peep via her Instagram Story. The former Disney Channel star said that a lot of fans know the rapper as a good and talented musician, but he’s an even greater person. Tucson Police Department Sgt. Pete Dugan told US Weekly on Thursday that the young rapper died of a suspected Xanax overdose. But the official cause of death will only be revealed via a toxicology report that will be released in six to eight weeks.

Dugan also revealed that Lil Peep’s manager found him unresponsive on his tour bus on Wednesday night. He was set to perform in Arizona at that time as part of his first album tour. Police and fire department responders tried to revive Lil Peep on the bus, but he was pronounced dead on the scene.
