Tory Burch's Preppy-bohemian line never ceases to amaze.

Burch is consistently revolutionizing her luxe line of eclectic caftans, shift dresses, cardigans, handbags, and (of course) iconic ballet flats.

Her Holiday 2011 Collection is certainly no different. Burch offers new bold patterns, soft blouses, a British military-inspired cardigan, metallics, stunning cuffs, candy-colored bags, and a twist on that iconic flat.

The Pennsylvania-bred designer will be celebrating this holiday season in her 10-room apartment at the Pierre Hotel overlooking Central Park in Manhattan.

Burch knows how to lead a charmed life, something she inherited from her parents who were friends with a multitude of famous artists, writers, actors, and entrepreneurs.

Well, Burch says in an interview with Elle, before they married, my mom dated Steve McQueen and Marlon Brando, and my dad dated Grace Kelly. They're just very glamorous and love beautiful things.

She named the ballet flat with the circular double T logo after her mother, Reva.

On Wed. Nov. 16 Burch will showcase the Tory Burch Spring 2012 Collection at the Field Museum in Chicago, presented by American Express.

The evening will start with a one-hour reception featuring some informal modeling of her Resort 2011 Collection. Then onto the main event of Spring 2012, which is the first formal show presented by the designer since her runway debut at New York Fashion Week on Sept. 22.

Hal Rubenstein, fashion director for InStyle magazine, will then interview Ms. Burch following the catwalk presentation.

Here are some of Burch's best pieces from the Holiday Collection.
