“Dishonored 2” was revealed at the first Bethesda press conference at E3 2015. No further details were unveiled at the time, but fans know a bit more of what to expect from Arkane Studio’s sequel to the hit 2012 stealth action-adventure title since the initial announcement. Players can choose between two protagonists, Empress Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano, as they navigate the city of Karnaca.

“Dishonored 2” gives players the option to choose stealth or a more straightforward approach to advance through each quest. Different actions will affect how the story unfolds. Bethesda will reveal the first gameplay from “Dishonored 2” at E3 2016, which will give fans a better understanding of what to expect from the game.

Based on rumors, sequels will be a theme for the Bethesda E3 2016 press conference. “Wolfenstein 2,” “The Evil Within 2” and a redeveloped “Prey 2,” from Arkane Studios’ Austin, Texas team, are expected to be unveiled Sunday. New content for the recently released “Doom” and the second wave of DLC “Fallout 4” are also expected to be announced by Bethesda.

The big surprise from Bethesda is a remastered edition of “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” for the PS4 and Xbox One. Aside from improved graphics, the remastered “Skyrim” likely will feature mod support, a popular feature that has extended the life of the on the PC.

An E3 2016 press conference with only sequels may be considered something of a disappointment, which is why some fans hope Bethesda has a few surprises that have not been spoiled ahead of Sunday.
